We make to much money off alcoholics. you cant charge a lot for marijuana cause anyone can grow it and the other drugs like coke, or x, or heroin is what you get when you go the dentist or surgery. Coke used for numbing teeth or kids with ADD, x was used in marriage counselings in the 70's and 80's, heroin is the same as vics or percs. its not that the drugs are illegal, you just need a prescription. Alcohol however is "maintained" i guess you could say by the government and taxed and all that good stuff. it'd be hard to tax weed. Should the level of water in my septic tank rise when it rains a lot?

Well, you should have it pumped and checked to make sure that everything is ok. We had the same problem and yes water from rain will go in there. The problem is most likely what you said... the leach fields are drenched and there is no where for the water to go. If there has been some construction in your area or a bunch of trees were cut down this could be your problem as well. The leach fields are being stripped away and are completely useless when there is not enough room for the water to go where it needs to. We found that by planting a few trees in the yard and starting a small garden it helps (tomatos love to live by a septic tank). However, you should have it checked to make sure that there are not cracks and that the places where the water leaves the tank are not clogged. We are getting onto public sewers soon (it is just becoming available to us) so we are trying to make this tank last until they have the plant up and running because they will charge us to connect to the main lines. Good luck, you should be able to let all of your water go out there... so something is wrong and calling in a service man may be your best bet.

I posted to a question recently. We use Active-On for 'Arthritis.' and Active-On for 'Muscle and Joint' pain. It is located at the pharmacy where the topical gesics creams are. It is a roll on type. I have arthritis in my back and knee as well as pain with my SI joint. We both have degenerative disc disease as well. We do get relief with this product, when things flare up. Of course one of the best ways is to keep moving, if one is able to do so. The Active-On may help to keep you moving. I've seen ads on tv for joint pain drinks, but I'm not sure how well those work. They contain Glucosamine. You may want to ask your doctor how effective they are and if it would benefit you. We, however, have not tried the oral product.

I've been a babysitter now for 4 years, and I have really great kids and parents. My step-daughter ped away at age 14, in 2006, after having a grand mal seizure in the bathtub. Since then I've been doing what I can to raise awareness to the danger of water to epileptics. I thought, after hearing so many stories of epilepsy related deaths that included the sentence "our doctor never told us he/she could die from epilepsy" that something needs to be said to the doctors. Doctors are not warning parents, and they are taking risks that could be avoided. The only thing I can come up with so far is to produce brochures to be handed out at offices that deal with epilepsy patients. But I don't know how I would do that. Is Asthma treatment Normal to take for Errosive Esophajitis?

I have Bulimia, and Errosive esophajistis. I was taking pariet, but had a really bad reaction to it, and my doctor dosn't want to take the risk of putting me on other ani-acid like medications. My errosive esophajistis has been getting worse despite doing well with not purging. It gets really bad at night, my doctor said that after 11 years of having Bulimia, i damaged my stomach sphinckter so the acid will come up. Latley though, i've been having a hard time breath, and getting really bad chest tightness. I told my other doctor, and he gave me ventolin puffer, believe it or not it helps A LOT! i was so excited, i can sleep so much better now, being able to breath. I was just wondering if it's normal for this to actually work for people with errosive esophajitis, or because i'm pretty sure i don't have asthma. Before I knew about existentialism, before I knew the works of Nietzsche, Kafka and Sartre, I've been an existentialist (without knowing). It's hard to call one's self an existentialist, as I don't believe it is an -ism. If you are an existentialist as well, you know that it's not just a bunch of ideas, it's actually a physical feeling that completely changes the way you see everything. It started with me being extremely dull. I started to realize how meaningless television is, as it's just a bunch of people acting out real life situations, and we watch this for entertainment. That turned into more though. I began seeing things differently, and I don't mean a perspective, I mean I literally saw things and they looked different. For example, my hands. They were familiar, yes, but they took on a whole new look. I realized that I truly was a monkey by seeing my hands. I also started to realize how every human on earth is just an evolved primate, and we truly are alone in this world being the only species with our intellect. It made me think, we walk around on this tiny rock in an infinite nothing, killing each other for money, land, ethnic differences, etc. And it made me come to the conclusion: all our life is at this moment in time is a collection of everything in our past. I feel like I'm living in a movie that I'll never get to watch again, as I'm going to die someday, and I don't believe I will be living in heaven or hell, as I believe religion is something we've created as guidance and an answer to the unknown. Recently, I discovered what existentialism truly was, and decided to buy the Sartre book "Nausea". As I read the book, my heart dropped; everything that this man described, felt and went through is exactly how I felt (and still do feel). I was amazed, as I didn't even know anything about the philosophy beforehand. So, if I became an existentialist without even knowing any of its concepts, does that mean it's true? And what are your opinions on the philosophy? Also, sorry for my description of how I feel. It's not very accurate, but it's as accurate of a descriptions as I can get. Should I sell my PS3 4 360?

Now I know that PS3 is 10times better than 360 and this year PS3 exclusives is going to blow away 360. And on top of that I have the original PS1(30games with in it) and PS2 with 70 games with it(Most of them pirated). Now you’re probably wondering why in the world would I sell my PS3. The thing is I can’t afford to spend $60 just for ONE video game and currently have to settle 4 one game in every THREE months. So i was hoping that PS3 games would soon get hacked. Chemical preg. or is there still hope?? please help!?

i am now on cycle day 40. i had my last period june 13th but not sure when i ovulated. since this past sunday i have taken a pregnancy test everyday with first morning urine and they all had a very VERY faint positive within 10 minutes. i took a Cleablue digital 2 days ago and it said "not pregnant" then another stick test and it had a faint line again! whats going on? could i have 5 false positives in a row or am i really pregnant? some of the tests are soo light i had to hold them at an angle by the window in order to see. im having alot of symptoms.. slight nausea, clear watery dishcarge, tenderness, fatigue (im always exhausted!) and im soo emotional lately. i havent had any spotting at all. i have an appointment tomorrow but im worried about what theyll say. i heard if the line doesnt get darker when you take a test a couple days later it could mean a chemical pregnancy is happening or an ectopic pregnany. i am so nervous! i want this soo badly. will the tests at the heslth department pick up more than the hpt? and will it be a faint line like at home? or what? any advice or encouragement is greatly appreciated!! thanks!!

What does it mean when your car engine starts revving high when in Neutral?

I drive a stick shift and sometimes when I am shifting or when I start the car and let it sit in Neutral the rpms increase with no gas added. For instance, last night I started the engine and let it sit for a minute to let it warm up and the rpms jumped up pretty high (between 2 and 3 on the meter) and steadily increased to almost 4 on the meter. What can possibly be causing this?

This is kind of a long story. 4 months ago my son came home from school w/ wet hair and we asked y. He's autistic and uses the bathroom on himself. The school normally had himself clean up and change clothes, but on this day the principal had him take his clothes off and shower. The principal watched. We pulled our son out of school. They threatened to file truancy so we contacted the state dept. of education and they put him on home hospital. But he only gets 2 hours a week, so we contacted the board to have him placed in a real school. They said they'd work on it but never called back. We've been dealing with this for 4 months. We had the principal investigated but hes still at the school. We kept calling the board to get him placed. Talked to every1 up to the istant super attendant to no avail. We left msgs 4 the super attendant but never heard back. One lady from the board called another 1 (that we had a meeting with) and left a msg saying that she needed to talk to her about my husband be4 the meeting, but she dialed the wrong number and it wound up on our answering machine instead. The board is ignoring us and undermining our rights as parents at every turn. But we refused to back down! That apparently pissed them off, because 2day 2 cops showed up at my door with a summons 4 my husband. The school board is pressing chrgs 4 terroristic threatening cl 2. (1-5 yrs in prison) My husband didnt do anything!!! He was at work when this was supposed to have happened. His boss heard the entire conversation, and said she'd testify it did'nt happen. But if the boards gotten away with this much whats to say they won't get away with having him locked up. Ive called every1 I know. I hate posting something like this, but im out of options. Plz if any1 can tell me how to people fight the board of education, I'll listen to any opinions! Exept for hiring an attorney, weve tried that, they need money up front and we dont have it. There are four parts that really run the show in a computer. The RAM is fine... I don't know what you plan on doing with it, but the computer just has a media accelerator for a graphics card which will make it impossible for you to play any modern games. As for the processor it is satisfactory for normal use (internet, word processing). The hard drive is often over looked but windows uses it for virtual memory. 5400RPM is the slowest dell offers, 7200RPM was the highest at one point but I think they have 10000something RPMs now. Your hard drive will be relatively quit compared to the faster models.

Can I keep my MIL from seeing her granddaughter?

My husband and I agree about this. His mom using presription drugs to the point where she is high---she abuses them. She will call my husband and leave messages how she was a good mother (even tho she used heavy drugs his whole life), cry and yell thru the whole message. Part of the messsage is incomprehensible. My nephew and my SIL lived with MIL and my nephew at age 3 could say pills are bad. He saw her when she was abusing drugs all the time. Needless to say he knows way more than an 8yr old should know. I do not want that for my daughter and frankly I am tired of the drama. I refused to let her come in the other day. She called my other SIL complaining how I can't keep her from her granddaughter. I received a felony charge because i was at a party and I got into an argument with some guy who started to push me so i pulled a knife on him to stop the fight, mind you the knife has a 2 inch blade and i need it to sharpen pencils in my drawing cl for school and I have also been jumped in this town before so it helps me to feel safe. the guy weighs atleast 300 lbs, not the fat kind either, he's pretty well built for a fat guy but still not the kind of guy I would like to fight. I only pulled the knfe to avoid fighting the guy and to stress the importance of him getting in his car and leaving. after telling him to get in his car and leave about 20 times because his ride was already waiting for him to get in the car as it was. He threatens to call the cops and i start to go home, he follows me down the street and again I tell him to go home and continue to walk home. The police eventually catch up to me on my way home, i dont feel like I've done anything wrong so I continue to run to my bike which was parked at a nearby store and the cops tackle me and I get charged with cl 2 felony of aggravated ault with a deadly weapon and a cl b misdemeanor of evading arrest. My bondsman said that i might be able to get the aggravated ault charge dismissed altogether but fears that I might not be so lucky with the evading arrest charge. ANY information at all on the subject would be extremely helpful, especially from people with experienced advice. Thank you.

A few treats a day will be fine, but he needs to be fed 2 times a day the same stuff and the same amount at the same time everyday to get this under control. Should I quit kickboxing?

I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and up to now I've been able to live it with no major issues. I joined kickboxing almost a year ago. For the past 3 weeks after a cl my hand is numbing up again and keeping me most of night in excruciating pain from the carpal tunnel. It goes away right before the next cl comes up then I go through this all over again. I will see a doctor. Would like to know if this has happened to anyone else. unless you live in a state with vehicle inspections, i would fool with the pollution stuff. the gas mileage might be about all you get depending on driving habits and the transmission uming the carb is up to par. if you are smelling gas when idling, it's prolly too rich. there's screw on the bottom of the carb to adjust it without even removing it. should be a br flat head on the front bottom area. if that doesn't help, try rebuilding the carb.

How do I get my three year old to bed?

My (almost) three year old son throws a fit when its time for bed. He wants us to sleep with him SO BAD even though he has never slept in our bed. We have a pretty normal routine, bath, PJ's, clean up, bed time story's and then he goes into his bed and pleads with us to stay with him "just a little bit". Well we have tried "just a little bit" and it never ends so we stopped that and put him to bed, said good night and would close the door. Thats when the tears start and the screaming begins. We have let him scream bloody murder for two hours hopeing he would tire out, but instead he lost his voice and got sick. He sometimes stays up until 11pm crying, its getting ridiculous. Threats are not working (no more toys, no treats, no friends, etc...) Im running out of ideas.
