Do girls do this when they like someone?Please help?

I am in high school, I always catch this girl staring at me in cl(3-4 times a day) and as soon as we make eye contact she looks away really fast. She always thinks of ways to talk to me such as asking if she can have some of my lunch. One time after i gave her food she said i love you, thank you so much, you are the only guy who would do this for me. She asks me personal questions about my sister and such (I never even told her i had a sister). She also said she was in front of my house one day with her friends and wanted to go swimming. She thinks of excuses for me to touch her such as saying she has a mosquito bite on her face and to feel it. When i stare at her in cl and she sees me, she starts fiddeling with her hair. Her friends always call me by my full name(is this becuase they only know me from stories from her) One time, we were also talking about fettishes and when she was talking, her best friend said my name(i cant tell if she was implying that i was a of hers or if she just wanted to talk to me.) She also always comes up to my best friend while we are talking and tells him that they should hang out that weekend.(is this because she knows he will invite me?) One time we were in a group, and we were talking about my car, and she said that i looked good in it, as soon as she said this her friends started smiling and she started blushing. When we were watching a movie in cl, she said like 10 guys from the movie were hot out loud in cl.(all of them had the same hair and eye color as me). I know all of this sounds like she likes me, but she is the hottest girl in the grade. She made out with a guy a couple weeks ago. She takes awhile to return my texts.(is this because she doesn't want to seem desperate over the phone?) Do girls only make out with guys they like or do they make out with other guys if they think that their also cute? It also seems like as soon as i enter a conversation shes in, she gets really uncomfortable and leaves like 30 seconds later, she also hugs other guys but never hugs me.(is this because she is shy around me and doesnt want to embar herself?) However this whole week we were talking about swimming at my house, her friend ended up not being able to come at last second, i sent her like 3 messages asking if she was still coming....she didnt answer any of them and never came. I havn't talked to her and she hasnt talked to me in about a week and a half. Shes really close friends with the guy she made out with and they have done more than just make out...hence second and 3rd base. I dont think she was trying to make me jealous because i wasnt even there i just heard about it from a friend. However, my friend talked to the girl i like and said that they were just firends. Also I am good firends with the guy she made out with and he has been kind of pissed at me for no reason. (is this because he think that she likes me?) Please help, I cant tell if she like me or not. What should I do?
