Why is no one questioning this about the Health Choices Act?

I don't and believe it is legal, and I believe it will be challenged should it get into the final version. That is yet to come and hopefully the Town Hall meetings will provide a guideline for portions that should not be in the law. And how about Tort Reform? Think it should be there.
