Does anybody know this movie? Help?!?

Its called Waking Ned Divine. About some irish villagers in ireland learning their friend won the lotto but died of a heart attack while he watched his numbers being called on tv. Its really funny. I had it on VHS but I can't seem to find it now. Anybody know where i can get or find it?
