Plz help! my mp3 is being stupid....?

it says file sys err everytime i click on music or ne of the other options... it happend when i was trying to download a song onto it... what happened?? is this fixable?? plz help...this is the second mp3 itz happend to me on (nd yes i know they obviously suck)...
