I've been having some cramping does anybody know about implantation cramp's?

ive' been trying to concieve for a couple months now with no luck.so i started useing those ovulation strips plus the fertile focus microscope.microscope said i was fertile on the 7th but the strips said fertile on the 10th weve had every day since the 7th of this month to the 11th so if i was to be pregnant does any one know if i could be having implantation cramp's i only cramp like this before i start im not do to start till the 23rd or 24th of april i mean how soon does the implantation cramping start how long does it last i've been having this cramping well this would be the second day now.please someone help!!!!
