American made baby food tainted with rocket fuel and not China?

What about the recent pistachio recall from salmonella? American products aren't perfect either.. however the Chinese baby milk scandal received so much negative press because it was intentional from the milk farmers, and they should be severely punished. Hopefully the scandal will give the Chinese gov't a kick up the **** and tighten their quality control.
