Illuminating foundation?

I'm trying to get real pretty skin, acne free and pore free. Right now it's just getting there; The pimples are going away and my skin is looking clearer than ever. I've never really had any visible pores, so that's not going to be a problem. Can someone please discuss a real good foundation that looks light and natural, plus helps to illuminate and brighten up your skin? What kinds of touch-ups should I add (Blush, eyeshadow, lipstick.. No eyeliner please because I look bad with it) that'll help me achieve a pretty face goal? Please recommend tips and products that'll help me. :)
