On Probation in Colorado they want me to divorce my husband. Can they do this?

on probation in Colorado moved to texas wtith my children and now am being asked to come back because of improper paperwork on Colrado's end. My probation officer states that I need to leave my husband and 3 children here in Texas and come to Colorado and start my own life there. I CAN NOT just walk away from my family. But I feel like they are leaving me no options. If I dont go back I am a fugitive..
