Steam flow meter and consumption savings?

I have a Boiler about 4 tons capacity. Steam is supplying five rooms or chamber for my products to cure for seven hours each room. I need to control the flow of steam each room with same pressure for each room, what type of flow meter is suitable for this? If I turn off one room with four rooms still working, what are my savings?
