Where can I get a Screen picture Camera FREEWARE download?

I need a plain camera to use on my computer. One like Hyper Snap but is freeware and not shareware or a trial. I really don't want one that imprints a watermark (that's why I don't want Hyper Snap.) CAn someone give me a link. Give a review on the software that you wrote maybe.
