Please Evaluate my Pokemon HeartGold Party?

Your team is well balanced, but you don't cover all the type weaknesses. If someone were to use Stone Edge or Rock Wrecker, 5 of your 7 Pokemon would be taken out. However, if you're set on using those Pokemon you have now, at least equip some berries to take away the supereffective damage that Rock attacks will do.
