Is it safe to relax my hair while ttc?

I am planning ttc starting the upcoming month and at the same time I want to relax my hair for the summer, is there a certain period I should wait after relaxing my hair before ttc due to the fact that some of the chemicals from the relaxer might be absorbed into my bloodstream? And how long would it take my body to get rid of these chemicals especially that I plan on doing the CHI transformation system which can take up to 5 hours to do at the salon so I will be exposed to the chemicals for quite a while.
